Your Responsibilities
As part of our studies team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting CVC and plumbing execution studies on complex projects;
- Producing, developing, and updating digital models using REVIT;
- Performing necessary modeling and sizing for proper installation execution;
- Ensuring the technical and graphical quality of documents and deliverables produced;
- Participating in coordination and technical synthesis with other trades and project stakeholders;
- Creating the necessary plans, diagrams, sections, and technical details for work execution;
- Identifying potential inconsistencies or technical constraints and proposing suitable solutions;
- Contributing to the development, structuring, and improvement of the study execution standards of the company;
- Managing the follow-up and production of studies autonomously, with the option to rely on internal or external draftsmen and technicians;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our methods, tools, and production processes.
Profile Requirements
We are looking for a passionate professional about technical execution and modeling, who can transform a design into a viable, coordinated, and perfectly modeled project. You are meticulous, autonomous, and enjoy diving deep into technical subjects. You have a keen eye for detail and quality while being capable of working effectively with various project actors.
You ideally possess:
- Experience in an execution design office, preferably within a CVC-Plumbing installation company;
- Strong proficiency in REVIT and a commitment to rigorous modeling and organization of digital models;
- Good understanding of the technical constraints related to the installation of CVC and plumbing equipment;
- Ability to produce and review precise execution documents that can be utilized by work teams;
- Good understanding of coordination between various building trades;
- Ease in communication with internal teams, companies, design offices, and other stakeholders;
- Genuine motivation to work on projects with high technical constraints.
Contract and Benefits
- Salary: Between €40,000 and €58,000 gross per year
- Advantages: Flexible hours, remote work after the trial period (2 days), fully covered meal vouchers, 100% health insurance, 100% transport coverage
- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
