About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in civil construction and site execution, particularly within the mining, minerals, mineral processing, metals, or other heavy industrial projects. This role will involve managing day-to-day civil site operations to ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily civil site execution and manage civil engineering tasks.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise contractors and site teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site execution.
- A BE/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong background in industrial/heavy industrial projects, with a preference for experience in mining, minerals, mineral processing, or metals.
- Proven contractor management and site supervision experience.
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction, including drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), quality assurance, and safety measures.
- Willingness to work on project/site-based operations in Oman.
- Preference for candidates with Oman/GCC experience, and an age limit of 40 years.
Location
- Based in Oman, with a focus on key operations in Muscat and Sohar.
