Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Consultant – Business/System Analyst to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation team. This role involves gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements in alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements
- Assist in developing and maintaining frameworks that align with organizational business goals and regulatory requirements
- Conduct business process analysis and assess the impact of technology solutions across departments
- Provide support with proposals and RFP responses
- Develop and document use cases, user stories, process flows, and service journey maps using industry-standard tools
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable system requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
- Contribute to training and knowledge transfer activities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field
- 3–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or consulting roles
- Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is optional
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
