Location: Guangzhou, Guangdong, China (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid
Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct application engineering as a full stack engineer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, architects, analytics, and IT to deliver data-driven solutions on top of a cloud platform.
- Work with Tech Lead and other engineers to complete the low-level design.
- Collaborate with central teams (architecture, security, engineering, networks) responsible for delivering the company's baseline cloud architecture.
- Ensure DevSecOps capabilities are integrated as part of the solution.
- Ensure development meets high standards and aligns with IT governance and control frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- GCP or AWS certified (GCP preferred).
- Excellent core Python skills; prompt engineering experience preferred.
- Experience in LLM application delivery with strong understanding of popular LLM solutions.
- Sound understanding of Azure / Google Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Storage, Cloud Functions.
- Proficient in data analysis on Databases (SQL, no-SQL, DBT) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Security (IAM, AD, ADLDS, roles, service accounts, entitlements).
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience using GIT, Jira, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) experience preferred.
