Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related modules).
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and business process automations using C# and .NET.
- Build and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.
- Configure business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles within D365 CE.
- Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations aligned with best practices.
- Support data migration activities and deployment processes across environments.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare technical design documents and maintain development standards and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- C#
- .NET Framework/.NET Core
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Dynamics 365 CE SDK
- Power Platform
- Proven expertise in:
- Plugin Development
- Custom Workflow Activities
- PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
- Model-Driven Apps
- Power Automate
- Experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.
- Strong understanding of solution management and ALM practices.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft PL-400 certification is mandatory.
