As part of our study team, you will participate in the execution of technical projects in HVAC and plumbing, from modeling installations to producing the necessary plans and documents for their successful execution. You will work closely with study managers, construction teams, and various project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Producing HVAC and plumbing execution plans based on studies and the technical data of the project;
- Creating and developing digital models using REVIT;
- Modeling networks, equipment, and technical installations while respecting project constraints;
- Producing plans, sections, elevations, diagrams, details, and detail books necessary for the execution of the works;
- Integrating any changes and modifications to projects into the models and execution documents;
- Participating in technical coordination and synthesis with other trades;
- Identifying any inconsistencies or conflicts in networks and reporting problems to the study manager;
- Ensuring the graphic quality, accuracy, and coherence of the produced plans and models;
- Respecting the modeling, presentation, and production standards of the company;
- Contributing to the improvement and structuring of our REVIT libraries and drawing standards;
- Managing the filing, updating, and documentation of studies;
- Collaborating with study managers, technicians, and construction teams to ensure a clear and precise graphic and technical translation of studies.
Profile Required
We are primarily looking for a passionate Designer who is committed to technical drawing and modeling building installations, with a desire to participate in the execution of demanding technical projects.
You should be meticulous, organized, and attentive to detail. You enjoy understanding the installations you design and are able to translate a technical solution into a clear, precise, and applicable graphic representation for construction teams.
Ideal Qualifications
- A first experience as a CVC / Plumbing Designer, ideally in an execution design office or within an installation company;
- Good command of REVIT and technical drawing tools;
- Solid understanding of BIM modeling principles and digital model organization;
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing installations and networks;
- Understanding of constraints related to execution and installation on site;
- Ability to produce accurate and structured execution plans;
- Good understanding of coordination between different trades;
- Strong organizational skills and true rigor in work;
- Ease in communicating with study managers and various project participants;
- Genuine motivation to work on technically demanding projects.
Contract and Benefits
- Salary: From €34,000 to €50,000 gross per year
- Benefits: Flexible hours, remote work after trial period of 2 days, 100% reimbursed meal vouchers, 100% health insurance, 100% transport reimbursement
- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
