The Early Career Training is a 6-12 month program where the company trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a the company business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee while providing hands-on exposure to project execution, installation, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities
- Support the project team in end-to-end project execution activities from planning through commissioning.
- Outage preparation support, coordinate parts demand and logistics.
- Participate in project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination between engineering, sourcing, and site teams.
- Follow up on equipment deliveries, logistics, and site readiness to ensure timely project milestones.
- Support site installation and commissioning teams by tracking punch items, NCRs, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to resolve technical issues and implement design updates.
- Candidate is expected to rotate between multiple business functions throughout their training (i.e., Project Management, Engineering, sourcing).
Requirements
- BS Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical or related engineering background preferred.
- Basic experience in related field.
- Active listener with good communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive with a high level of integrity.
- Strives to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction.
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on an as-needed basis.
- The legal right to work in Bahrain without company sponsorship or time restriction.
