The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for Linux and expertise in system debugging, distribution packaging, and software design. You will be expected to effectively engage with customers during presales, collaborate on project deliveries, and act as both a customer advocate and trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers during presales to gather requirements and explain our technology
- Elaborate solutions for prospective clients
- Participate in the delivery of projects related to Embedded Linux
- Communicate market requirements to stakeholders and contribute to the development of generic solutions
- Be both a customer advocate and a trusted advisor to the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Extensive Linux experience (Debian or Ubuntu preferred)
- Distribution/Packaging experience (deb, rpm, etc.)
- Solid embedded Linux experience (Yocto, Buildroot, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one of Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust
- Professional written and spoken English (local language proficiency required for positions in Japan and Korea)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Result-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- A personal drive to meet commitments and a humble learner
