The company is seeking an Engineer II, Reliability to ensure the reliability and availability of major instrument equipment and critical instrument systems. The successful candidate will report directly to the Superintendent of Reliability & Engineering, and will work on-site full-time in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
- Review the design and update all maintenance strategies to ensure reliability of critical equipment and systems.
- Monitor data of major critical equipment and systems, analyze the data, and improve repair techniques while ensuring the quality of maintenance efforts.
- Lead and facilitate Reliability Improvement Studies (RIS) on the company’s selected systems, acting as the focal point for all RIS activity.
- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of RIS recommendations and update analyses to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPIs.
- Document and communicate assigned activities with timely identification and tracking.
- Review basic inspection work ensuring adherence to relevant engineering requirements.
- Maintain high HSE standards to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
- Participate in resolving technical issues with stakeholders and escalate with proposed resolutions.
- Monitor and analyze relevant data, identifying changes that can improve engineering functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve unit problems with needed guidance.
- Update records routinely in accordance with established procedures.
- Develop engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior-level engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Instrument Engineering, Control System Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- 3 years’ experience with a degree or 8 years’ experience with a diploma.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and reliability-related software (e.g., SAP, Meridiam, RCA software).
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a structured work approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge in risk management, project management, statistical analysis, and measurement.
- Familiarity with mechanical codes and standards, reliability engineering, inspection and integrity engineering, damage mechanisms, and fitness for service.
- Experience with piping/vessel/heat exchanger inspection, welding inspection, change control in operations, and process safety management.
