Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Location: Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the goal of assuring stationary assets remain fit for purpose until the projected end of field life.
  • Provide technical support and develop equipment integrity strategies for all the company's plants, including leading and facilitating RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) analysis.
  • Monitor asset performance, predict equipment failures, and implement effective equipment strategies.
  • Conduct investigations and failure analyses to identify failure causes and develop suitable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with inspection and operations on unexpected failures or breakdowns of stationary equipment.
  • Familiarize and contribute to the development, review, and update of fixed equipment integrity strategies, like RBI and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance).
  • Participate in team workshops such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), RCM, PHA (Process Hazard Analysis), and MOC (Management of Change).
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures for health audits of stationary equipment and pipelines.
  • Analyze corrosion loops to identify potential degradation mechanisms and ensure the effectiveness of RBI studies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Corrosion Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reliability-related software (e.g., SAP, Meridiam, RCA software).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a structured work approach.
  • Familiarity with asset performance management software is a plus.
  • Statistical methods for data analysis for large datasets.
