Enterprise Architect

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect for our Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of enterprise IT experience, including 5+ years in Enterprise or Senior Solution Architecture. Proven experience in multi-application enterprise ecosystems, strong integration architecture experience, familiarity with Azure cloud environments, and experience in ERP + CRM coexistence are essential.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles.
• Define reference architectures for application, integration, cloud (Azure), and data architectures.
• Establish architecture review processes.
• Maintain enterprise architecture documentation repository and monitor compliance with approved standards.
• Identify functional overlap in application portfolio rationalization across Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, and BI platforms.
• Assess total cost of ownership and recommend consolidation strategies to prevent redundant system procurement.
• Align system capabilities to the business capability model and design target-state integration architecture.
• Lead middleware platform selection and define API governance standards.
• Establish event-driven or service-based integration patterns, define canonical data models, and ensure the scalability and resilience of the integration layer.
• Define Azure architectural standards and validate cloud workload placement decisions.
• Ensure alignment with SASE and security frameworks, establish best practices for high availability and scalability, and guide cloud cost optimization architecture.
• Ensure consistent cross-system data flows and prevent data silos while supporting enterprise data governance.
