Requirements
- University graduate (Computer Science or related degree) with at least 4 years of experience in financial services with a specialization in infrastructure architecture, design, and management.
- Strong experience in architectural design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
- Self-driven with well-developed motivational and team-building skills.
- Effective leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Head of Enterprise Architecture to provide architectural recommendations that align with the Group’s overall strategy and vision.
- Meet with internal managers and project owners to understand and document their requirements prior to providing suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all related departments, units, and vendors to achieve the Group’s goals/objectives.
- Develop and implement Infrastructure Architecture through active engagement delivery and investment programs.
- Design and build an up-to-date Infrastructure Architecture to ensure smooth and seamless propagation of data between systems and subsystems.
- Propose new enterprise standards based on business needs, IT needs, and technology advances.
- Conduct architecture reviews with infrastructure teams, Internal Risk Management (IRM), and audit teams to ensure adherence to standards and information risk management policies.
- Maintain documentation and standards for the different activities and systems user guides as per the overall documentation policy.
- Ensure compliance with existing standards and policies regarding IT security, internet and VPN security, and business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery.
- Initiate regular meetings to discuss progress, problems, and any other issues of concern.
