Enterprise Infrastructure Architect

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Requirements

• University graduate (Computer Science or related degree) with at least 4 years of experience in financial services, specializing in infrastructure architecture, design, and management.
• Strong experience in architectural design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
• Effective leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Head of Enterprise Architecture to provide architectural recommendations that align with the Group’s strategy and vision.
• Meet with internal managers and project owners to understand and document their requirements prior to providing suitable solutions.
• Develop and deliver against the organization’s strategy and implement Infrastructure Architecture through active engagement in delivery and investment programs.
• Design and build up-to-date Infrastructure Architecture to ensure smooth propagation of data between systems and subsystems.
• Cover all internal systems and their dependence on multiple vendor products and services.
• Lead the preparation and maintenance of documentation and standards for various activities and user guides as per the overall documentation policy.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to existing standards and policies regarding IT security, internet and VPN security, and BCP and disaster recovery.
