About the Role Supervise daily activities of team members to maintain and improve the Environmental Management System (EMS). This position plays a critical role in ensuring that industrial operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. You will educate industrial workers on environmental programs, policies, and best practices while addressing inquiries and concerns related to EMS. Regular audits will be performed to monitor emissions, contamination, and environmental damages, and you will be responsible for generating environmental reports and maintaining permits as per state regulations. Additionally, you will apply environmental engineering practices to roads, drainage, foul sewer, utilities, concrete, and roadworks, promoting sustainable practices and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. Requirements Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental management within infrastructure projects. - Strong knowledge of EMS, ISO 14001, and local regulatory frameworks. Certifications (Preferred) - ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification. - NEBOSH Environmental Diploma or equivalent. - Valid Qatar government project approvals.
