F-15 Quality Assurance Technical Data Representative

About the Role
The company is seeking an F-15QA Quality Assurance Technical Data Representative to support the F-15 Qatar program at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This 100% onsite position serves as a Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO) and Accounts (TODA) specialist, providing vital technical order account administrative services for the company F-15QA CLS contract. Key responsibilities include overseeing organizational technical order requirements and distribution operations, maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity of documentation for the delivered product build process.

Position Responsibilities:

• Document and maintain completed build/quality/inspection records to ensure the integrity of as-built deliverable product configuration.
• Reconcile erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are completed and accounted for via database queries, audits, and coordination with customer custodians.
• Assemble and validate data packages and logbooks from traceable build records to provide visibility of deliverable product build status.
• Provide product build information to status the product for rollout, flight, and delivery.
• Lead the development and implementation of solutions to complex problems, focusing on process and procedure improvements for documentation integrity.
• Maintain record storage and shipping logs to ensure compliance and retrievability.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must meet US Department of Defense classified access requirements.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance from the US Government.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may involve rotating shifts.
• Prior experience with Technical Publications, aircraft systems, or technical data.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience on military fighter platforms.
• 3+ years in flightline maintenance on F-15 Fighter Aircraft.
• Previous experience as a USAF TODO and familiarity with Enhanced Technical Management System (ETIMS).
• Previous Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis.
