Responsibilities:
- Conduct relay testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting at client substations.
- Possess a solid understanding of structured programming, communication techniques, and protocols specific to the company relays, with familiarity in other relay manufacturers being advantageous.
- Effectively troubleshoot system protection issues and schemes.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various protection and communication schemes.
- Possess hands-on experience with the company relays (including RED, REB, REF, REC, RET, etc.) and RTUs.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of automation systems, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
- Exhibit expertise in testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of protection systems for all equipment within substations operating at voltage levels up to 400 kV.
- Have experience in testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of protection systems for all equipment in power stations and refinery environments.
- Train site operators in operational procedures and ensure that site-specific manuals and documentation are prepared prior to handover.
- Engage with clients or their representatives to ascertain their needs and priorities.
- Provide comprehensive written procedures for switching, energization, and isolation methods pertinent to testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of substation technicians and electricians, assigning tasks as appropriate.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with employees, clients, and suppliers.
- Possess experience in troubleshooting electrical components across various types of switchgear.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical or communication engineering.
- Proficiency in utilizing testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Skilled in interpreting and working with electrical drawings and schematics.
