Tasks

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in innovative sectors, particularly in HealthTech.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for growth, paving the way for a potential spin-off to attract institutional investment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation/remote arrangements.
• A high-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and a strong drive for end-to-end ownership is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
