About the Role
The ICS Cybersecurity Lead Engineer will be working with the Center of Expertise (COE) team within the Industrial Automation business to participate in and/or lead the delivery of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) projects. This role involves assisting in the technical execution and delivery of cybersecurity solutions to clients, managing implementations, conducting site visits, providing training, and offering consulting on cybersecurity matters as required. You will also ensure that necessary cybersecurity infrastructure is in place to support applications and may be involved in gathering and defining requirements for cybersecurity projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist and/or lead Cybersecurity projects for Operational Technology (OT) systems and networks, including design, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Implement cybersecurity controls and safeguards to protect OT systems and networks.
- Analyze the cybersecurity posture of OT systems and networks, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and recommend remediation measures.
- Conduct or participate in risk assessments and vulnerability assessments on clients' OT systems.
- Provide expert guidance and consulting on OT cybersecurity best practices and technologies.
- Design, configure, and maintain cybersecurity controls for OT systems and networks.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration of cybersecurity into OT projects and operations.
- Stay up to date with the latest OT cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
- Lead or participate in Cybersecurity factory and site Acceptance testing (FAT/SAT).
- Create and present technical documentation as needed (FDS, DDS, FAT, MOS, etc.).
About You
- Experience:
- 1-8 years in installation and/or management of network-based firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
- 1-8 years in L2/L3 advanced network implementation and configuration.
- 1-8 years in network troubleshooting using sniffers and other tools/techniques.
- 1-8 years in installation and/or management of network-based Intrusion Detection products.
- 1-8 years experience in implementing End-Point security solutions (Antivirus, Data Leakage Prevention, Host IPS, whitelisting).
- 1-3 years in implementing system backup solutions.
- 1-8 years in scripting skills and programming languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- 1-8 years using discovery, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, ZAP Proxy, Burp Suite, Metasploit).
- Experience/knowledge in OT Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response processes.
- Experience/knowledge in OT Industrial Control Systems.
- Mastery of Industrial Control System standards (IEC62443, Zones & Conduits, NIST, QCERT).
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Defense mechanisms, MITRE ATT&CK framework, Red teaming methodology, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant networking, systems, and cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, IEC-62443).
Travel Requirements
- Travel: 30% or more
