Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery and operations of enterprise IGA capabilities (e.g., access certifications, policy enforcement).
- Drive product-centric execution for IGA services and platform modernization.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain operational stability, manage risk, and foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated and compliant solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets for IGA operations and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience in technical and/or cybersecurity teams.
- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to balance user experience with cybersecurity risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Considerable experience in information security, particularly in IAM/IGA.
- Direct experience with enterprise IGA platforms.
- Strong business acumen to translate cybersecurity outcomes into enterprise value.
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) are preferred.
Work Conditions:
- Position is full-time and requires 5 days on-site.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00 (dependent on experience and location).
