The company is seeking an Information Technology Manager for the Cybersecurity Manager - Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) position. This role leads a team of experts in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant identity governance capabilities across the company. As a technology leader, you will be responsible for people leadership, product delivery, and modernization of the enterprise IGA platform. Your role is essential for aligning complex global IGA capabilities with the enterprise security strategy while fostering talent in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery and operations of enterprise IGA capabilities (e.g., access certifications, policy enforcement).
  • Drive product-centric execution for IGA services and platform modernization.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain operational stability, manage risk, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated and compliant solutions.
  • Develop and manage budgets for IGA operations and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in technical and/or cybersecurity teams.
  • Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to balance user experience with cybersecurity risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Considerable experience in information security, particularly in IAM/IGA.
  • Direct experience with enterprise IGA platforms.
  • Strong business acumen to translate cybersecurity outcomes into enterprise value.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) are preferred.

Work Conditions:

  • Position is full-time and requires 5 days on-site.
  • Relocation assistance is available.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00 (dependent on experience and location).
