About the Role
In the role of Integrity and Inspection Lead, you will oversee the Continuous Improvement of Integrity and Inspection disciplines pertaining to Piping, Hull, EX, Corrosion, Coating, Topside structures & Mooring. You will support strategy development by defining best practices, standard methods, and tools while redesigning existing processes around lean management practices. Your focus will also include identifying and implementing lessons learned from fleet experiences to enhance design improvements for future projects, ensuring adherence to global processes through regular offshore audits, and contributing to the Continuous Improvement of processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve methods and strategies for the Integrity and Inspection Team based on experience loops.
  • Own and manage the quality of the I&I CMMS dataset; analyze CMMS records to identify trends, anomalies, and potential learning points.
  • Engage with regional leads to ensure efficient and optimized execution of the Integrity & Inspection strategy considering practical, technical, and financial constraints, as well as field experiences.
  • Liaise with Regional Leads to gather operational feedback from the fleet to influence new and optimized designs.
  • Conduct offshore visits to verify adherence to global strategies and gather lessons learned.
  • Develop and publish Global Integrity & Inspection Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.

Education

  • University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline; Industrial or Mechanical preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Integrity & Inspection within a complex industry.
  • Previous experience in continuous improvement and development of lean processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerBI and CMMS systems (i.e., IFS).
  • Strong reporting and analysis capabilities.
