IT Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for an IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage small sized projects and assist senior project managers with day-to-day activities.
• Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, logs, etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.

Requirements

• Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA.
• Quality Assurance test experience, including familiarity with test scripts preparation, executing testing, raising bugs, and reporting to vendors for fixing.
• Strong Excel skills; fluent with basic formulas and able to build Pivots.
• High-level knowledge of demand management, resource, and capacity planning processes.
• Experience in preparing management reports, executive summaries, presentations, status reports, and management dashboards.
• Ability to write procedures and prepare training materials for new systems.
• Training experience is a plus.
