IT Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for an IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following responsibilities:

• Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA
• Quality Assurance test experience: Familiar with test script preparation, executing testing, raising bugs, and reporting to the vendor for fixing
• Ability to write procedures and prepare training materials for a new system
• Training experience
• High-level knowledge of demand management, resource and capacity planning processes
• Preparing regular management reports
• Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, and able to build pivots.

Location: Doha, Qatar
Joining Time Frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
