Responsibilities
- Manage complex IT projects within the banking or financial services industry, ensuring successful delivery aligned with scope, timelines, budget, quality, and governance standards.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, card schemes, compliance teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring, risk management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and project closure.
- Work within structured governance environments, maintaining strong documentation, reporting, escalation, and change control practices.
Experience and Certification Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within banking, financial services, cards, payments, or digital banking environments.
- PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Cards and Banking Domain Knowledge
- Solid understanding of tokenization, PCI DSS, ePayments, digital wallets, and payment processing flows.
- Familiarity with card schemes, certifications, mandates, and compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, technology teams, and external partners.
- Excellent analytical, planning, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach to project delivery.
