IT Quality Senior Analyst

The IT Quality Senior Analyst is responsible for the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. This intermediate level position involves contributing to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Analyze complex problems/issues and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommending advanced programming solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes, serving as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment.

Key Qualifications:

• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Technical skills: LINUX, PL/SQL, Ab-Initio.
• Preferred knowledge of financial concepts regarding General Ledger, products, and accounting/journals.
• Experience in systems analysis, software application programming, and project management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to issue debugging.
• Ability to communicate clearly across different levels of management and with global teams in various time zones.
• Composure under pressure.
