As an IT Security Professional at the company, you will play a critical role in protecting the IT infrastructure and systems essential for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your efforts will ensure that our production facilities, located in Bagsværd, Hillerød, Kalundborg, and Gentofte, maintain security, compliance, and resilience. This position requires regular travel among the sites to uphold security across our production environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Implementing and maintaining IT security measures across multiple production sites
- Monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents and threats in real-time
- Collaborating with IT infrastructure, support, and automation teams for seamless security integration
- Ensuring compliance with the company's IT security policies and industry regulations
- Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
- Supporting security audits and regulatory inspections
- Promoting security awareness and best practices within the production environment
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of a relevant bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT security, preferably in a regulated or production environment
- Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and security frameworks (e.g., ISMS 27001, NIS2)
- Experience with OT/ICS security is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and locations
- Ability to work independently while managing security across multiple production sites
- Fluency in English
