As an L3 F5 Application Security Engineer, you will provide expert-level 9x5 support for F5 Access Policy Manager, F5 Web Application Firewall, and Infoblox DNS Security environments. Your main responsibilities will include:

Technical Support & Incident Management:
- Act as the L3 escalation point for critical incidents from L1/L2 teams.
- Perform root cause analysis on incidents and recommend preventive measures.

System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Configure and maintain F5 security devices to optimize performance.
- Implement and manage policies for Access Policy Manager and Web Application Firewall.

DNS Security & Infoblox Management:
- Oversee Infoblox DNS Security solutions and troubleshoot DNS security incidents.

Security & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits in collaboration with security teams.

Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation on configurations and incident resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network and application security, focusing on F5 technologies and DNS security.
- Proven expertise in managing F5 Access Policy Manager and Web Application Firewall.
- Experience with Infoblox DNS Security solutions and a solid understanding of networking protocols.
Desired Skills & Certifications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant F5 certifications (e.g., F5 Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
