LEAD MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (MM)

About the Role
The Lead Maintenance Operation Engineer (Offshore) is responsible for overseeing all scheduled and unscheduled multi-discipline maintenance activities on PS-3 to meet production targets. This role involves managing and supervising all Senior and ELS maintenance staff as well as assigned contractors for routine maintenance or special contracts. The Lead Maintenance Operation Engineer is also directly in charge of a specific trade—be it Mechanical, Instrument, or Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance operations.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to meet production targets.
• Manage routine maintenance and special contracts effectively.
• Lead initiatives to maintain equipment and systems related to the assigned trade (Mechanical, Instrument, or Electrical).

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least five (5) years in a supervisory position within the trade.
• An additional five (5) years in a multi-discipline role with varied maintenance operation experience in a similar offshore oil and gas environment.
• Experience using a computerized preventive maintenance program is essential.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline, demonstrating an aptitude for understanding the cause and effect of complex instrumentation and electrical control systems.
