The Lead Technical Program Manager (L6) will be responsible for managing complex security outcomes and driving end-to-end project execution. This role involves operating at both strategic and execution levels to align enterprise objectives with measurable delivery results across multiple teams, services, and integrations. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional delivery teams, establish effective operating models, and intervene early to maintain alignment between plans and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex security outcomes and project execution.
  • Develop strong project plans and lead structured delivery reviews.
  • Identify systemic risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide accurate, data-driven insights to enable timely decision-making.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business strategies, product design, and domain execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading complex technical programs and projects, especially in security or risk-focused initiatives.
  • Strong background in project planning and delivery across various delivery models (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall).
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as secure SDLC, data protection, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft productivity and project management tools, including JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering security programs in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with security governance and control frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CISSP) are preferred but not required.
