Key responsibilities include:
- Developing reliability programs for production continuity in compliance with EHS, quality, and engineering standards.
- Driving continuous improvements based on Asset Performance Management (ISO-55001), Quality Management (ISO-9001), and organizational performance requirements.
- Providing timely technical support to manage reliability incidents across all plant equipment and facilities.
- Building a strong culture of EHS, quality, and reliability excellence, and establishing reliability methodologies to enhance plant asset reliability.
- Managing the implementation of action items from quality or customer audits in a timely manner.
- Overseeing study plans for large-scale expansion and improvement projects.
- Facilitating business excellence programs for improved profitability and risk mitigation.
- Liaising with the PMO regarding future projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Managing technology advancement and localization efforts for continuous growth.
- Providing expert resolution of engineering issues and ensuring effective control over multiple units of Process Engineering work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in asset engineering, reliability, and inspection.
- Proficient as an ISO 55001, RCA leader.
