Manager | Technology Strategy | Financial Services

During your tenure as a Manager in Technology Strategy & Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

• Conduct client workshops to manage business requirements, perform current state assessments, and support scalable product-centric IT operating model designs that align with the business strategy.
• Design and develop comprehensive tech strategies and roadmaps for clients to optimize their technology operations.
• Lead and manage the implementation of technology operating model transformations, IT processes, and policies for clients using agile methodologies.
• Support with defining and implementing efficient IT service management processes aligned to best practices such as ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their digital transformation, ensuring that their needs are met and that the delivered solutions align with their long-term goals.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA or a relevant master's degree or certificate is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in Consulting/Digital Banking is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours.
• Willingness to travel (required).
• Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills with the ability to analyze complex data with good attention to detail.
