The Network Operations Residency Program (NORP) is a two-year opportunity for full-time employees, allowing new hires to experience various projects. Participants will rotate through roles in Network Engineering and Technical Program Management, after which they can pursue careers in different engineering functions, including operations, architecture, and program management. NORP is designed to build future leaders and jumpstart your career in networking technology.

As part of this program, you will collaborate with professionals from various teams to develop innovative solutions, including enhanced tools, automation, and process improvements.

Location: Thornton, CO (On-site)
Work Conditions: Full-time, starting February 2026

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, ARP, IP Tables, routing) or Unix systems administration
  • Proficiency in coding (e.g., Java, C/C++) or scripting in shell or Python

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship experience in network engineering, data center operations, or system administration
  • Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on knowledge sharing
  • Excellent leadership, project management, organizational, communication, and time management skills

Salary Range:
The US base salary for this position is $87,000-$122,000, in addition to bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay will vary based on work location and additional factors like job-related skills, experience, and education.
