The Network Operations Residency Program (NORP) is a two-year opportunity for full-time employees, allowing new hires to experience various projects. Participants will rotate through roles in Network Engineering and Technical Program Management, after which they can pursue careers in different engineering functions, including operations, architecture, and program management. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- Proficiency in coding (e.g., Java, C/C++) or scripting in shell or Python
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in network engineering, data center operations, or system administration
- Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on knowledge sharing
- Excellent leadership, project management, organizational, communication, and time management skills
Salary Range:
The US base salary for this position is $87,000-$122,000, in addition to bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay will vary based on work location and additional factors like job-related skills, experience, and education.
