Operations Technical Training Senior Coordinator

The Operations Technical Training Senior Coordinator is responsible for organizing training for staff within the organization. This role involves analyzing training needs alongside the heads of departments and developing individual training programs that address skills gaps identified through thorough assessments. The coordinator will plan, direct, and deliver training and development programs, including staff inductions, to achieve the organization’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Organize training for staff within the organization.
• Analyze training needs in conjunction with the heads of the departments.
• Develop individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessments.
• Plan, direct, and deliver training and development programs, including staff inductions.
• Update individual training records.
• Create training materials.
• Maintain QA/QC records for tracking all inspection activities.
• Perform inspection activities related to incoming materials and conduct in-process checks to ensure quality consistency.
• Document inspection results, summarize re-work and waste, and input data into the quality database.
• Identify and report issues related to quality, health and safety, and environmental non-compliance.
• Maintain operational measurement equipment and perform timely calibration and repairs.
• Conduct quality training, risk assessments, and establish standard operating procedures for H&S & environmental activities.
• Mentor production operators and promote quality, health & safety, and environmental management systems.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for quality and safety standards.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with emergency equipment and procedures is required.
• Regular tasks must be completed daily, with attention to PPE compliance and health safety regulations.
