Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to take charge of our service request and work-order processes through hands-on design, configuration, and leadership. In this role, you will facilitate discovery and design workshops, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion Service to configure and implement essential components that drive our business operations. You will also play a crucial role in providing support during go-live and revitalizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and design workshops with business teams for service request and work-order processes.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Service: service requests, work orders, queues, assignment rules, and SLAs.
• Set up the customer self-service portal (Digital Customer Service).
• Prepare functional designs, test scripts, and training material.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for your area and support go-live and hypercare.

Requirements

• 6+ years in enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Service (or Service Cloud) on 2+ full implementations.
• Hands-on set-up of service requests, work orders, queues, and SLAs.
• Functional design and workshop experience with business users.
• Ability to travel to Dubai regularly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
