Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing integration endpoints and modify them to connect with new core banking systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and functionality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions using Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Java, and Spring Boot to facilitate communication between various systems.
- Design and implement REST APIs to enable efficient and secure data exchange between internal and external applications.
- Conduct unit testing of integration components to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to functional requirements.
- Perform performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks and optimize the performance of integration solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation including design specifications, system architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and testers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions.
- Utilize PEGA development skills and Islamic banking knowledge to enhance and customize integration solutions as per business needs.
- Leverage expertise in integrating third-party applications, specifically Satellite Systems, with the Temenos Transact Core System.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and Islamic banking domain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PEGA developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB) for integration development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework for building microservices.
- Proficiency in designing and developing REST APIs.
- Experience with unit testing and performance testing of integration solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise technical documents.
- Islamic banking experience is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party applications with Temenos Transact Core System.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
