Position

We are looking for a Principal EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant who will provide expert consultancy, work closely with customers, and translate business requirements into implementable and supportable solutions. You will have hands-on experience in E-Business Suite HRMS, providing technical and functional solutions aligned with standards, maintaining and supporting customers’ EBS applications, and integrating with Fusion SaaS where applicable. The role also involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components including front-end development, database integration, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports. You will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of HRMS applications.

As a Principal EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant in CSS, your responsibilities will include: assessing and analyzing customers’ HR and payroll business needs to ensure EBS HRMS solutions meet their objectives; assisting customers in their overall EBS HRMS optimization and cloud journey; ensuring technologies and best practices are leveraged for HRMS solutions; guiding customers to make informed decisions regarding scope, quality, cost-effectiveness, and reusability; providing technical and functional guidance on EBS HRMS and related solutions; supporting solutions across on-premise, cloud, or hybrid setups; ensuring smooth handover from implementation to operations; maintaining EBS HRMS solutions; working closely with Technical Account Managers; acting as a primary contact for presales opportunities; and leading and contributing to strategic HRMS programs and initiatives.

Requirements: 10+ years of relevant professional experience; Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred; strong experience in implementing E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS; at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations; strong hands-on experience as EBS HRMS functional consultant in various HR modules; experience in data loading/migration; understanding of EBS HRMS patching and upgrades; knowledge in roles, responsibilities, and security within EBS HRMS; proven experience on Reports and OTBI; ability to design and develop customizations and integrations using ADF, PL/SQL, and other solutions.
