We are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. You will also have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely. This role involves implementing and running PaaS solutions such as the company Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to the company SaaS products, developing, integrating, and implementing applications components, including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the company solutions and/or transformation programs ideally using cloud technologies.
- Handle tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up to troubleshooting existing technical solutions and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise.
- Responsible for requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and execution of parallel payroll run strategy.
- Act as a specialist or developer in cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
- Proficient in designing and developing the company cloud solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
- Motivate others toward success and influence them positively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of implementation experience of Financial solutions
- At least 6 years in implementing Financial SaaS applications
- Strong experience in Fusion Project Management, Costing, and Billing
- Proficiency in the company SQL, PLSQL, the company Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Strong knowledge in roles and security, and understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process
- An undergraduate or higher level degree(s) holder or equivalent work experience
