We are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, and translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. This role requires experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely. You will be responsible for implementing and running PaaS solutions such as the company Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to the company SaaS products. The role involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components, including front-end development, internal database integration and OTBI Reports.

Responsibilities
- Work as a technical specialist handling tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up to troubleshooting existing technical solutions.
- Gather requirements, conduct CRP workshops, design, configure, and execute parallel payroll run strategy.
- Deliver services both remotely or onsite depending on business requirements.
- Act as a specialist, developer, or similar with cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of implementation experience of Financial solutions.
- At least 6 years in implementing Financial SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, the company Integration Cloud (OIC), and other relevant technologies.
- Strong knowledge in roles and security, along with the company implementation best practices.
- Excellent experience in Finance modules as a Functional consultant including Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, and others.
- Ability to understand, design, and develop complete solutions.
- A positive and resilient mindset with a creative attitude towards technical challenges.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
