About the Role
As a Product Integration Specialist in the Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity and Connected Cabin team, you will oversee the planning, technical coordination, and implementation of intricate digital product, platforms, and vendor integrations. Your role will involve connecting technical, product, and operations teams to guarantee the timely and high-quality delivery of advanced digital cabin experiences that meet specifications.

Specific Responsibilities:
Integration, Planning & Coordination

  • End-to-End Execution: Manage the entire integration lifecycle across IFEC platforms, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, business needs, and delivery deadlines.
  • Requirements Mapping: Convert business and product requirements into straightforward integration plans, task packages, and interface definitions.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Cyber Security, Operations, and external vendors to ensure technical coherence.
  • Technical Validation: Work with both internal technical teams and third-party vendors to confirm interface specifications, API configurations, and technical dependencies.

Delivery Tracking, Governance & Risk

  • Progress & Milestone Tracking: Keep an eye on technical dependencies and integration timelines to ensure timely delivery across active projects.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and monitor delivery risks, software issues, and technical obstacles proactively.
  • Escalation Support: Distill complex technical challenges into clear, actionable summaries for leadership to facilitate decision-making.
  • Artifact Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, system dependency maps, and readiness checklists.

Testing and Release Support

  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness activities by coordinating inputs, tracking outcomes, and following up on remediation actions.
  • Help ensure that implementation activities are carried out in line with change governance, release controls, and service continuity requirements as defined by the product owners and broader governance frameworks.
  • Assist with cutover, go-live, hyper care, and transition-to-support activities to ensure integrated solutions are deployed and stabilized smoothly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture post-implementation observations, lessons learned, and service performance insights to support continuous improvement in integration delivery.
  • Contribute to team knowledge by maintaining up-to-date records, sharing delivery insights, and identifying opportunities to improve integration coordination processes.

About you
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High School or Vocational Qualification with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, systems integration support, or digital product delivery.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical delivery, product integration, or systems coordination position (experience in IFEC, aviation, or connected mobility is highly beneficial).
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software integration concepts including APIs, system architecture, data flows, and vendor software solutions.
  • Delivery Acumen: Demonstrated capability to manage dependencies, track risk assessments, and support testing/UAT phases in complex multi-vendor settings.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for business teams and vice versa.
