Project Controller

The Project Controller will support the Project Controls function across a portfolio of high-profile, multi-national defence programs. This role supports the set-up and execution of robust project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management activities, in line with company and industry best practices, to deliver projects to global customers on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of project controls processes and tools tailored to complex international defence programs.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Project Controllers to ensure timely delivery of all project controls deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) for international programs using Microsoft Project.
• Support project budgets, WBS/CBS development, and update actual costs vs. planned budgets, forecast Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Support the maintenance of the project risk and opportunity register and develop quantitative risk analysis templates.
• Ensure timely updates of dashboards, performance reports, and KPIs for the project controls team.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in project controls, including at least 1 year in defence, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors.
• Proficient in MS Project, SAP and cost control systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
