You will also be responsible for leading issue and risk management, maintaining project artifacts, delivering communications and reports, overseeing go-live readiness, and applying industry-leading practices to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead and drive SAFe/Agile projects.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect across workstreams and the company’s matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- High degree of project/program financial acumen.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $156,000, with eligibility for a bonus program.
