As a seasoned Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop and Execute Project Plans: Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.
- Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Communicate Project Progress: Update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and changes to ensure transparency and effective project management.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Deep Expertise in SAP HANA Implementation: Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects with a strong understanding of SAP HANA products and project management methodologies.
- Experience with Cross-Functional Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong Project Planning and Execution Skills: Experience in developing project plans, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA products and implementation best practices.
- Agile Project Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- IT Service Management: Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
