Teams meet two to four times per year in various locations around the world to align on strategy and execution.
We are hiring an Engineering Manager who is accountable for the development of an internal product and maintains high engineering quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented individuals and innovative open-source solutions that support the company's growth.
The Commercial Systems unit includes six engineering teams that collaborate closely with other engineering and business teams at the company. The Business Systems team manages systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce, working closely with operations to maintain compliance and implement business processes, providing a first-class experience for the company's employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the design and development of an internal product.
- Leading a team of software engineers.
- Developing the skills and capabilities of direct reports.
- Seeking improvements to established processes, designs, and solutions.
- Building an understanding of business needs to deliver the most impact.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- Proven experience in software development with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events, up to two weeks long.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
- Performance engineering experience.
