Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure the final product meets their needs.
- Perform daily SAP BASIS operations including software installations, maintaining systems, and release management.
- Ensure technical SAP system readiness based on project demands.
- Collaborate with application development and integration teams to enable technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and enhance system stability.
- Design and develop user interfaces across platforms, ensuring functionality and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create supporting specifications.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud hosting frameworks and application development tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in SAP implementations, particularly with S/4HANA migration.
- Experience with SAP Clean Core principles and SAP RISE operating model.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services and project experience using SAP Active methodology.
Work Conditions:
- Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.
- Hybrid work model, with an expectation for most client-facing roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time.

Compensation:
- Base salary range for this position in the US: $102,500 to $187,900. For specific regions like New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California, the range is $122,900 to $213,400.
