Job Summary:
- Manages OT systems security and functions.
- Leads OT cybersecurity team.
- Oversees cybersecurity processes and systems for OT and ICS.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work/education-related experience.
- Professional security management certification is desirable.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in risk management, OT Cybersecurity, and OT.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, design, implementation, testing, and operation of cybersecurity processes and systems for Operational Technology.
- Provide guidance on security architecture for the Operational Technology domain, including threat detection and response systems.
- Communicate cybersecurity risks and related financial aspects to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery programs align with organizational requirements.
- Conduct ICS/OT site assessments to identify business-critical systems and develop risk mitigation measures.
- Manage vulnerability remediation and ensure the integration of security in project delivery.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic leadership capabilities and knowledge of OT security risk management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in business and OT.
- Proven experience in developing and executing information security policies and procedures.
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Project management skills, including financial/budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of common OT security management frameworks.
