The Digital Security Managing Consultant is responsible for assessing and developing security design and implementation of digital security services for clients in KSA. This role requires thought leadership, delivery expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid security controls. The Consultant will assist IBM clients with transformations in Cloud Security, IAM, and data security across various cloud service models in environments like private, public, and multi-cloud, utilizing major hyperscalers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. The Consultant will engage with clients to understand their business needs and work collaboratively to develop a roadmap towards their desired future IAM landscape, becoming a trusted advisor in the process.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will manage all activities related to delivering a digital security solution for the duration of engagements, including but not limited to:
- Consulting: Facilitate workshops, give presentations, produce high-quality deliverables, and manage large delivery engagements.
- Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the solution and manage client requirements while consulting with colleagues and the technical team.
- Proposal Creation: Develop Cloud & Data Security and IAM proposals that meet client requirements, whether administrative, operational, or technical.
- Understanding Client’s Digital Security Posture: Assess their risk appetite, regulatory compliance, and other relevant drivers.
- Solution Delivery: Provide visibility of functional and non-functional requirements and assist colleagues in responding to RFPs.
- Technical Expertise: Detailed knowledge of cloud-native delivery methods and security blueprints for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS across one or more hyperscalers.
- Agile Approach: Adopt agile methods and automate infrastructure security through IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Team Coordination: Organize teams for client delivery on local and global scales and resolve program issues with senior leadership.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships in key accounts to progress the Security Services portfolio.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Cloud Certification for at least one hyperscaler; security specialist certifications preferred.
- Leading security certificates such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
- Knowledge of industry compliance and security standards including KSA NCA ECC, CSA CSM, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
- Experience conducting security architecture and configuration reviews applying Zero Trust principles.
- Extensive knowledge in security solutions (IAM, Data Protection, SASE, ZTNA, and others).
- Proven track record in developing high-quality security project design documentation.
- Experience with cloud service models and associated technologies.
- Familiarity with KSA NCA ECC and cloud-related regulations (e.g., ISO/IEC 27018).
- Successful delivery of significant, complex, multi-year security transformation projects.
- Ability to work across diverse teams to achieve solutions.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
- At least 5 years in international deployment roles and 8 years in security consulting/architecture roles.
- A minimum of 12 years in IT and Cyber Security overall.
- English fluency.
