The candidate may also act as the electrical engineering lead on specific projects and will be responsible for overseeing the electrical engineering team when applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical engineering services that meet applicable specifications, on time and within budget.
- Manage and supervise electrical engineering project requirements.
- Perform electrical engineering services which include:
- Participating in relevant meetings, preparing progress reports, and following required checking procedures.
- Ensuring project scope clarity and compliance with change management processes.
- Assisting during procurement, construction, and commissioning by writing requisitions, conducting technical bid evaluations, and writing purchase orders.
- Act as the electrical engineering Lead on specific projects if required.
- If in a supervisory role, outline project requirements, promote workshare, assign tasks, and oversee progress while ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Proactively resolve discrepancies between the company and its Customer's requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in electrical engineering.
- Assist and support junior personnel within the electrical engineering team as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Identify issues, develop appropriate solutions, and seek assistance as necessary.
Technical and Industry Experience
- Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills, consistently delivering quality, accurate, and timely work.
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and basic requirements in other engineering fields.
- Familiarity with local and international standards and regulations applicable to the industry.
- Competent in electrical engineering-specific software and relevant software such as the MS Office Suite.
- Significant technical and practical experience in electrical engineering within the Oil and Gas industry, with experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
