Senior Program Manager - Core Banking

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager for our operations in Qatar. This role is pivotal in overseeing various programs and initiatives to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs related to our Qatar operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and drive project execution.
• Monitor program performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in program management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in TEMENOS and FLEXCUBE.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Relevant certifications in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
