Senior Program Manager - Core Banking

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager for our operations in Qatar. This role is integral to overseeing and managing key projects within the organization, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple projects within the program to ensure they meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to align project outcomes with company objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the project teams.

Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in program management with specific expertise in TEMENOS and FLEXCUBE systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
