Senior Program Manager - FLEXCUBE

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager for our Qatar operations. This role is critical in overseeing and driving program management initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage various program management initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
• Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the program lifecycle.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management.
• Strong background in TEMENOS and FLEXCUBE systems is essential.
• Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
