Senior Program Manager - FLEXCUBE

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager for our operations in Qatar. This position plays a critical role in overseeing and managing program initiatives, ensuring effective deployment of strategic projects in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on program progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and program alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, specifically with TEMENOS and FLEXCUBE background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
